Full Time Communications Director (2026-2027 School Year)
Libertas Christian School is seeking a creative, mission-driven, and highly relational Communications Director to serve as the primary ambassador of our school's mission, vision, and culture. Located in Hudsonville, Michigan, Libertas Christian School is committed to providing a Christ-centered classical education that equips students to pursue truth, goodness, and beauty for the glory of God.

The Communications Director will lead and execute all aspects of the school's internal and external communications strategy, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across print, digital, and personal platforms. This individual will serve as a public face of the school, helping families, donors, churches, businesses, and the broader community understand and engage with the unique value of a classical Christian education.

Key responsibilities include:
  •  Managing the school's website and social media presence
  • Creating marketing materials, newsletters, publications, and promotional campaigns
  • Capturing and curating photography and visual content
  • Coordinate school events, cultivating relationships with local businesses and community partners
  • Support fundraising initiatives that advance the school's long-term growth
  • Light office work

In addition to external communications, the Director will work closely with faculty, staff, students, and parents to strengthen school culture, celebrate community achievements, and foster meaningful engagement across all stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can develop and implement a comprehensive vision for increasing awareness, enrollment, community support, and overall enthusiasm for Libertas Christian School.

Successful candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in digital marketing and content creation, and a passion for classical Christian education. Most importantly, they will demonstrate a vibrant Christian faith and a commitment to advancing the mission of Libertas Christian School through thoughtful communication, relationship-building, and servant leadership.
